As the ONLY skilled nursing facility in the community to provide on-site hemodialysis, our program will enable patients to receive the care they need without having to leave the comforts of their Mulberry home.
Our on-site dialysis clinical team includes:

- Specially trained registered nurses
- Certified hemodialysis technicians
- Social workers
- Designated clinical and support staff
